[nagdu] more on Hawaii was a couple questions

My memory isn't what it used to be, so hopefully someone will be able to
help me out here. But wasn't there just recently, like in the last 5 years,
a court case involving several service and guide dog users and the
quarantine regulations into Hawaii? I'm remembering that the current
protocol came out of that case. I'm also thinking that quarantine is no
longer necessary, but that the service/guide dog user just needs to have
certain health documentation from a vet. I spoke very briefly to a guide
dog user from Hawaii at this summers convention and I'm remembering that she
told me it costs her about $50 for these documents. I could be remembering
that incorrectly though.

Also earlier when I stated that folks in Hawaii get their dogs from New
Zealand, Australia or GDB this was told to me from guide dog users in Hawaii
and is very old info. I just wanted to clarify my earlier statement.
