[nagdu] a couple questions

All I will say as I have said before is that HI is a state in the U.S. and
they have no right to have a process for us to have to go through to bring
our guide dogs into the state. Why don't we do the same for people who come
to the main land with their service animals, and if you really look at
things, HI is trying to act as though it's a foreign country if you really
think about it. With this being said, what is stopping other states from
doing the same thing who have island communities? Something isn't right
about what HI is doing.
Jordan

Jordan,
Though I am not an attorney, I do not feel Hawaii's rules are contrary
to the ADA. Can you give us specific provisions of Hawaii's rules and which
provision of the ADA you feel is violated by these rules?

Fraternally yours,
Marion
