Well, since the DOJ enforces the aDA, and it makes specific reference to the
ADA, you have to go with that.  I know it is there, but do not have the time
to locate it.  Employment is also there, but you have to really look.

Jordan,

No, it doesn't state what is in the ADA.  It states the Department of 
Justice interpretation and recommendations on what is in the ADA.  It might 
not seem like a big difference, but when you are talking about a legal 
matter even the placement of a comma is important.
