[nagdu] Romania's first guide dog shut out from city

Well, unfortunately, for those of us with a handicap, how we are treated is
what makes it good or bad, so of course I don't think the country is horrid,
but for someone who has to go through this experience it sounds prettty
nightmarish.

Coming from someone whose family is originally from there, it isn't we left
for a better life since Romania is a very poor country, that are a little
backward in time, so they may not be up to speed on this stuff, I am
planning on a trip in about 2 years there. So no it is horrible.  Just
uneducated.
