[nagdu] Guide dog starter age

Anybody know how well that program worked and why it was discontinued?

Hi, Charleen. Sorry if I spelled your name wrong. Does your friend still
get 
his dogs from Pilot? I know at one time there was a program where the
kids 
would raise the puppies and then they would be trained at     Pilot and
the 
kids would get them as guides. That was sometime in the sixties, and is
no 
longer.
