[nagdu] re sighted guides

I've been lammed into more things by sighted guides than I ever have by
any of my dogs, and sometimes quite hard, too.  So I tend to avoid sighted
guide unless using the dog instead is totally inconvenient.
Those sighted people get window-shopping, or looking at a cute chick, or
whatever, and suddenly there I am, pasted on a pole.  Good reason to wave
my cane even while being "guided", or just use my dog.
