In the 3 and a half years I have been partnered with my guide I have never
stepped in s*it ever in my house. I have stepped in other dogs s*it because
others neglect to pick up the same on the streets or side walks. If a dog is
sick a dog is sick. But a properly trained dog would not and should not
relieve themselves in the house. Mine would burst before doing that. it is
not a real argument to defend. Making sure the dog gets timely and scheduled
breaking times is important and a sure fire way to avoid stepping into
anything in your home.

Jennifer, your parents are right. You won't like stepping in that first
pile of poop. And you won't like it the second time or third time it
happens either.
And, while they are trained to not go in the house, they sometimes do.
Sometimes they are sick, sometimes you are and miss their schedule,
sometimes s*** just happens.
I wonder why you three seem unable to exchange ideas v. rebut them?
You won't like stepping in poop, but will the feel of a dog guiding you,
of being in synch be enough to cancel out the yucky moments?

Hi Rena my parents say stuf like oh yah you will not like when you step
in that first pile of poop. I have tryed to tell them that the dogs are
trained to not go in the house, but there is no convencing them.
