Hi Michelle,
Sounds like this lady has more respect for you now that you asserted 
yourself.  Nobody likes a wimp! I find that people may not like what you 
say, but will respect your for standing up for yourself and saying it!

I find most people to be reasonable souls.  There are always a few who - 
well... You just have to let them go. (grin!)
