As for the Seeing Eye's $150 fee, it doesn't need to be paid all at once,
and it cannot be paid by anyone other than the dog owner. Please read one of
the histories of the Seeing Eye to see exactly how the rationale for this
was developed, and I think you'll understand. You'll find both Love In the
Lead and Dogs against darkness on the Seeing Eye Web site, or I'm happy to
send them to you if you like.
