I may have missed whether anyone addressed Albert's mention of a service dog
school called Capable Canines. 
 
Albert, could you be thinking of Canine Companions for Independence (CCI)? 
 
GDF uses the term Capable Canine to denote a service dog, especially one not
trained through our Vet Dogs program.
