[nagdu] looking into aN LGBT list for blind people

Peter,
An LGBT list or division would no more violate the NFB purposes than a group 
like NAGDU does.  It would serve the same puropses for that community as any 
of the other divisions in NFB do.  Thanks for the Article II from the 
constitution, I hadn't seen that before.

Hope you aren't freezing too much there in Texas!
