I wouldn't show paper work either, but the tags on the dogs collar 
shows all is up to date.
We knew this would happen.
I was hoping they would have said something like you need to muzzzle your dog.
A new law passed because of an operater being bit.
Now I know the long leashes from Pilot can turn into a muzzle.
and you can do the same thing with some of the other leashes.
