[nagdu] Legislation on Web Site Does not Display

Though I don't know what pages Peter's referring to, I agree that
people should be able to read the content online. Having something
extra for them to download can make it more difficult for someone to
obtain the information. in addition, considering that there are still
a number of people out there that are using dial-up or modem
connections, it's just one more thing that they have to download in
order to get at the information, and depending on the file size, the
download could take anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes for
those people. If someone wants to read it offline, then there's always
the ability to save content to the computer for later reading, either
from within the browser or by selecting and copying the info to a file
and saving that on the computer, and then either reading it later or
putting the file on a mobile device and accessing it later.
