Cheryl did a fabulous, thorough and quick job of helping me get to Dallas 
and back.  We started out looking at a few choices and weren't quite happy 
with those and we talked about preferred airlines.  Cheryl continued to look

and emailed some ideas which launched further discussion and we settled on 
some very good flights.  this took us maybe two hours or so--wasn't long. 
cheryl wasn't about to quit until we'd both agreed on some good flights. 
she was very friendly and professional and willing to go that extra mile to 
find the flights that hit the spot.

I will go with her travel agency again.
