[nagdu] Miniature horses & the ADA

The guide horse users say their horses are housebroken.  They say the horse 
needs much more frequent opportunities to go out and relieve than a dog. 
But they can be taught to hold it.

Horses can be housebroken? I thought they had to be put in a diaper-thingie?
