[nagdu] New definition of a service animal

Jewel,
Having such an animal in housing, still triggers a request for reasonable
accommodation though.  There are specific regs allowing emotional support as
well as companion animals in public housing, but also mechanisms for the
allowance of these types of animals in private housing as well.

Oh, I see. So if someone has a parrot, cat, monkey, iguana, or any other
animal that is kept in the home setting, it is under HUD, and if it is
eligible depends on HUD rules. Makes sense.
