I didn't know that theschools are talking about taking harnesses back. 
thats an interestingly wrong idea.  that is stealing and I would love to 
know how they plan on doing that.
In my case of reportingI was there and it was more of a case of there 
was a gtroup of us and all of us witnessed it.  I did the reporting but 
I had many people backing it up.  The person I'm talking about use to be 
one of my close friends and he has been reported to our dog school more 
then 13 times in the last year... and these are just times I know 
about.. I just get frustrated soem times wishing that someone could do 
something.
