[nagdu] EXTERNAL: Puppy raising

Yeah that is true for seeing eye, but are other schools atarting this 
too?  I know that when we retire our dogs from TSE we give back the 
harnesses, so they can come and take it when ever.  Have they ever sued 
this to do a forced retirement?
