[nagdu] Amount of walking

I'm so excited because this week was the first time in I don't know how many 
months I've had the urge to go for a walk just for enjoyment!   I walk to 
work, meetings and appointments, but just walking for walkings sake is so 
much more fun. *smile*

I suppose this winter I've averaged around 1 mile or a bit more daily.  In 
the nicer weather I'll typically walk around 3 miles per day. I do use the 
treadmill in the winter and Monty likes to jog on the treadmill too, but not 
as much as he likes the park! LOL
