[nagdu] Crosswalks, the White Cane Law, and Pedestrians in General

True, but good judgment and adherence to the laws by drivers would preclude
the need to turn the cane into an emphatic point making tool when cars are
stopped in the cross walk, as would an effectively placed brownie (traffic
cop) or two.

Good cane technique and good judgment would preclude using it as a weapon
against a car.

If you are using a cane properly there should be no damage dun to the cars.
Especially not to the hood.
