[nagdu] Story about NFB member here is NY crossing in Albany

This comes from David Stayer and Charlie Richardson, both Chapter Presidents here in NY.

He was crossing the street with the right of way.  He had an audible traffic signal saying he had the light, which he did.  The woman coming out of the side street was waving to someone to the right as she was coming out turning to the left.  Not looking she hit Brent in the crosswalk.

He got hit by a car and spent the night in the hospital for observations.  But because there was no lawsuit doesn't say she was in the wrong.

Brent did say he didn't even hear the car coming.  If he had he would have probably been able to move somewhat, but not hearing anything and winding up on the hood, what can he do?
