Steve and All,
    The $73 million figure seems to be misunderstood. This figure was for 
the purchase of APS systems to outfit all of the pedestrian signalled 
intersections controlled by the City of Tampa, not just a single 
intersection. This figure did not include the installation and maintenance 
of these signals.
