I have a dog from GDA, I have a detachable handle, and it does not
come off unless I take it off, and we work everyday, i'm not sure that
GDA would sell you a harness, but you could ask, here's a thought, i'm
not sure what a TSE harness looks like, but if you have o rings on
both sides, or even d rings, or s hooks, you might be able to get  a
handle only from GDA to attach to your TSE harness as its the handle
that is modified not the harness I do believe.
