[nagdu] Yogurt

Plain Greek yogurt that the nutritionist recommended my husband eat as
part of his diabetes-prevention diet.  It's really tasty, and full of good
probiotics, according to the label. So now we're all eating it, except
Echo, because she's lactose-intolerant.
