[nagdu] places a guide dog can't go

I just didn't know whether or not they are covered in the ADA.  That's
all.  Your right though that if they do take money from the government
for free lunch or whatever, they would have to maybe.  I don't know.
As a parent, it would be really difficult if you were told you
couldn't go to your child's school because of a guide dog.  I wonder
if that has happened before.

Julie, are you going to include traveling to other countries in your
book?  I know it is sort of off topic, but the ADA doesn't apply, so
it would be a cool thing to talk about.
