My university is coming up with a policy. The only places that the
policy said that a dog couldn't go or where the dog would be
restricted would be where people have to put on special equipment to
keep them safe, where individuals are disecting animals for a lab,
where the dog being there would influence an experiment ie where other
animals are supposed to do something and another animal being there
could change experiment animals' behavior or where going to that place
would put the dog in dangerlike if there was certain things that could
burn the retina without special goggles. This policy is still in the
process though.

Also there is a clause about how a service animal can be removed and
that states when the service animal is excessively barking being
disruptie or when the animal is putting other animals (humans
included) in direct physical danger.
