For the record I have never had a problem with southwest. Just the opposite,
they are always wonderful.

I was fly southwest last year for Disney and the flight attendant was giving
us a hard time, the Captain came out and said the the flight attendant, that
if she does this one more time while she is on one of his flights he will
ask for her to never fly on his flights. She knew the rules and thought she
could get away with it.

now this is what the captain said to me and the rest of the customers on the
plane and please excuse the vulgarity. The Captain said word for word "She
has bigger stuff (changing word here) then I do". Also said that Guide Dogs
are service animals and this lady is blind and this will not be tolerated on
my flights, um he is also a puppy raiser out in CA I found out.

Oh how many of you knew that Captain Skully that was the hero here in NY 2
years ago is also a puppy raiser.

The biggest compliment you can pay me is to recommend my services!

  Jenine,
In 1988 I was dating a woman who had a guide dog, too. We were on our
way to a Florida affiliate convention and were sitting together with our
dogs, The flight attendant told us we couldn't sit together "because they
needed to balance the plane"! We refused to separate and the plane did not

  tip over! (smile)

  Fraternally yours,
  Marion
