Hello!

It seems  quite strange that you couldn't bring a guide dog into federal
court.

I'm not a huge Wikipedia fan, but sometimes their info does prove useful.  A

bit of random Googling brought up this quote regarding where service dogs 
aren't covered under the ADA.
