[nagdu] places a guide dog can't go

I wouldn't want to go into a church that didn't welcome guide dogs
anyway. A good way to test how welcoming they are to people with
disabilities. As for Federal courts and military bases, like was said,
it doesn't mean they are not allowed, they just aren't covered by ADA
there. I knew a blind lady in Fayetteville who had a guide dog and
lived on the post. The dog just wasn't allowed in sensitive areas, but
you know what? Niether was she, so that's fair, huh? *grin* Not open
to anyone but military personnel.
