That was how I read it, too.  That they were trying to imply it was the
guide dog user's fault and her settlement that were the sole factor in
causing the bankruptcy.

I would say what I think about *that* one, but there might be children
listening.  /grin/

Sounds like someone is trying to imply that they are closing those stores
which were forced to allow guides? Really what does their filing bankruptcy
have to do with the finding of the courts?
