[nagdu] New 2010 ADA revisions to take affect March 15, 2010

Today, Wednesday, September 15th, the Department of Justice (DOJ)
published in the Federal Register, updated Title II (State/Local

Government) and Title III (Public Accommodation and Commercial
Facilities) Standards and Regulations under the Americans with
Disabilities Act (ADA). Based on phase in, these Standards and
Regulations will take affect 6 months from this publication date,
