[nagdu] Issuing dogs at 18 months - is it too young?

Neither of my dogs had inappropriate house behaviors. I think they each had 
one or two relieving accidents during their initial adjustments to living 
with me, but as far as chewing and other destructive behaviors, I've been 
really lucky.
