That's interesting. We were just curious because we had heard about it somewhere but we don't even remember where.

There is a service dog school in Nebraska.  It is called Noah's Assistance 
Dogs.  They train all sorts of service dogs for various disabilities as well 
as therapy dogs.  The school is still going, but I heard last July from one 
of their graduates that they are no longer training guide dogs.
