Hi Bertha.

Welcome to the list! My name is Julie(the other Julie). My dog's
name is Brie, and she is my first guide dog. Travelling with her made
me so nervous at first, but it's really easier than you think it will
be. You'll find that out in training. I found that a lot of things I
thought were going to be very difficult turn out to be not too bad at
all. You will learn about flying with your dog in training. Just
don't let her/him pick up anything in the airport! Bad! My dog did
before our first flight back together from training, and I was nearly
in tears when she threw up on the plane. But things happen,
especially when you are a new team. I could go on... But... I don't
want to write a novel.

This list is great. Feel free to post with any questions you have.
Someone will always have an answer. :)
