I'm sorry to hear about your accident.  I hope you heal quickly.
My husband and I frequently work one another's dogs.  I have also, in  
the past, let others whom I knew well work my dogs.

I probably wouldn't let anyone else work Laveau for the simple reason  
that she would not work for them.  She doesn't even work for my  
husband.  She's very attached to me and just won't work for anyone else.
However previous dogs have and it didn't break them or confuse them.
