Parker,

Our children have civil rights. These civil rights include not being abused. 
They include a free education. Our children with disabilities have equal 
civil rights protection under the A. D. A. Comparing parent involvement and 
grades and real civil rights discrimination is like comparing basketballs 
and bananas. Yeah, you can palm both of them and that's about as close as it 
gets.
