Hi Chantel.
Welcome to the list.
Yes, most guide dog schools are pretty similar, with mostly subtle
differences. It certainly can be confusing.
I think GDB is really doing some inovative things, though, emphasizing
positive training methods and offering shorter classes than anyone else. 
If I were a newbie looking at schools, I'd catch a recent GDB graduate and
see what they had to say.
