Yes,
    I have AT&T and have worked it out with them to have free 411.  I know
it is  also possible to do the same with Verizon.  I had to fill out a few
forms and get a doctor to sign off on it, so it is kind of a  pain, but in
the long run it has been a great help.  Take care.  Warm Wishes.
