If I'm correct, all or most of the guide dog schools usually do labs and 
goldens or GLABS, Golradors or lab/golden crosses.
Some schools still do German Shepherds like TSE, Fidelco, Pilot Dogs, 
Guiding Eyes and Leader Dogs.
pilot will have Dobermans, Boxers and Standard Poodls as well.
Can't really think of anything else off the top of my head.
It was definitely a long day for me.
