I reuse nut cans, my husband loves nuts, so when he finishes them, I keep them and reuse for dog.

I would be careful when you feed dog, I feed a little later, I would feed later than have accidents when you don't want it to happen; or have to take dog out when it is in convenient for you as well.

or just use a tupperware container or something, then just use the nylon bowl to put the food in.

  Subject: [nagdu] traveling dog dishes

Hello all. Mason and I have a different class schedule this fall that
will cause us to be on the move durring Mason's dinner time. I guess I
could just feed him a couple of hours later, but I'd rather not do that
to him so often. I thought about putting his food in the collapsable
dish I keep in my harness, but since it's made of nilon, I figured that
would get messy. Also, I'm one of those enviornmental freaks that
doesn't want to waste a bunch of plastic bags by putting meals in them.
So, I was wondering if anyone knew of a dog dish that comes with some
sort of top on it that makes it possible for me to travel with it with
Mason's dinner already inside. This would be a great help.
Sam and Seeing Eye Dog Mason
