We are talking about Ray at Pilot Dogs aren't we?  I'm glad he takes the side of us men!  I guess if we use dogs us men aren't dogs, right!  Or maybe our dogs don't want to be put in the same boat with us men!  If thhat's the Ray we're talking about, my dealings with him have always been great!  On the abuse issue again, at least at Pilot, they have cameras all over the place except in the rooms.  I know they work because I've seen trainers fly from nowhere when a probblem arises!  Someone got frustrated and popped the dog on the head and we were in one of the day rooms in the evening.  Instantly, a trainer appeared and dressed the person down.  How they can control abuse in the community is beyond me because by the time it gets to the school it has probably been going on for quite some time!  
Intelligence is always claimed but rarely proven!
