[nagdu] things that go bump in the night

Ah Cindy, let me count the ways:

1.  A car revs and/or beeps when one is directly in front of, or behind the 
vehicle having previously been quietly idling (or not) and becomes active 
when I decide it is fine to cross in it's path.

2.  Some jerk yells out the window "watch out" then laughs.

There are more but most folks get the idea.

And Cindy, how do you know that none of these events are not intentional? 
Thankfully, my experiences have indeed been rare but when they happen, they 
are obvious; heavy winter insulated boots give added oomph to the kick!
