[nagdu] Blind-Drivable Car at Convention

Cindy,

You are right, we are all very close to being able to drive, but your point
of the can'ts is not lost on me. we cannot use many sites out there because
no one is holding companies and entities to the law. I say this as a man who
oh so misses driving, but what good is driving going to do for us if when we
get to work, or the bank or anywhere and we are still not able to access the
virtual world with our assistive technologies. I am all for the driving
thing, but when will there be a movement toward enforcing and ensuring the
virtual public accommodations which would allow for an independent lifestyle
full of fiscal independence, shopping experiences, and work opportunities?

You know what else, and this is a little off topic. We are inches away from
driving cars, well that may be an exaggeration. But anyway, we still an't
use the tools at the Weight Watchers web site. LOL
