Well, there wouldn't be any use withholding the information because orientation is tomorrow. I have nothing to hide, but I rather wonder about it. The up side is, of course, that sometimes patients, and especially their families have concerns like that. If they are assured that you have provided documentation, it puts them at ease. But I've never encountered that before.
