[nagdu] a new guide dog program

Steve,

Well, this raises concerns for me about how funds are being spent. I think
there's a lot of waste going on with the manual right from the get go.

If you're going to produce a manual for blind people, why waste all that
expense on ink in the first place? Even if we can manage to demonstrate our
dedication to independence by tracking down a sighted person to read it to
us, we wouldn't understand all those big words and complex ideas in the
first place.

So, Julie. What's up with that? Why are you *really* buying printers and
ink for this so-called manual?

Inquiring minds want to know!

Tami Smith-Kinney

Matt,

The format doesn't really matter, as it is up to you as a highly skilled
blind person to figure this out so it can be properly converted to a
readable format for you to use! It might even be in Japanese, but darn it
all, you can make this conversion. Remember Daytona!
