[nagdu] a new guide dog program

Ah, survival of the fittest ey? So that means I can finally get that
Doberman Pintcher or Rottweiler as a guide dog; excellent! Hmm, the
motto, "You wanna be the best, you've got to drive the best," comes to
mind, :)
