A handful of Nettles? lol.  Probably a bit less than a quarter-cup.   
To a quart of water.
I've been doing it so long I stopped measuring years ago but that  
looks about right.  I put the nettles in a muslin bag, let them sit in  
the hot water, then put the whole mess in the fridge.
