I am trying to get on http://www.nagdu.org<http://www.nagdu.org/>
and it isn't working is it down.
Then I went to the nfb.org website and look under the divisions, and the website they have on there is www.nfb-nagdu.org<http://www.nfb-nagdu.org/> and that just doesn't work at all, it brings you to some kind of chinese website now.
The biggest compliment you can pay me is to recommend my services!

Subject: Re: [nagdu] soft sided crates
Jennifer,
I don't think I'd use a soft crate with a puppy. There is a lot of variety
in frames and fabric, but they are all chewable.
Wal-Mart and Target carry the Sport Pet pop up crate, which is the most
inexpensive. I don't have one of these. My dogs are too big for it. I've
heard of dogs rolling over in it though.
Most all major pet stores carry soft crates, although they tend to be the
more rugged variety. the ones I looked at PetsMart were heavier than my
plastic crates, didn't break down very small and looked like they'd take a
while to assemble. Not sure what the selling features were since I was
looking at soft crates for portability, ease of carrying and quick set up.
The crate I did end up getting...I can't remember the name of it now...has a
sort of light canvas siding with a very light frame. It's truly horrible
because the frame is in the door. when you unzip the crate the roof falls
down because there is no longer a frame to hold it up. It's almost like
putting your dog in a sack until you can get the door back in place. Monty
was not impressed and he's a huge crate fan. Also it tested my gymnastics
skills, which weren't up to par for the task at hand. *smile*
Best of luck! If you find something great please let us know. I'd love to
have a soft crate that I could travel with.
Julie
