[nagdu] Dog repo

Hello Tracy and everyone,

And require guide dog schools to state clearly what services they will
provide to students after graduation to prevent misleading them to believe
that if they request ownership they will not receive aftercare and follow-up
services from their school of choice.

Now it's time for me to go play in the bushes. We still have some
Christmas lights up that I need to take down. And you can bet they were on
this weekend as a show of support for what happened in Daytona last
Saturday. The star on our bay windows never shined so brightly during the
Christmas Season as it did for Mark Riccobono who successfully completed a
public demonstration of a vehicle drivable by a blind person.

It doesn't seem likely that we will all agree on ownership any time soon.
Could we agree that, if a school retains ownership, and repossesses a dog,
they should provide the affected person with written documentation as to
why it happened, and that there should be some kind of appeals process?
I could get behind something like that, and support NAGDU efforts to make
it happen
