You believe correctly narion. And while 9i appreciate a good discussion, if
you follow the threads, it was not I who turned this on it's head. Lively is
a wonderful thing, much bnetter then stuck and set in my ways. Enjoy

    WEll, neither of them are actually coming to convention. Albert Rizzi is

not a member of NAGDU nor, I believe, of the NFB of New York. He just likes 
to incite lively discussion! I will be posting more on the policy to give 
them something to think about!
